Service Description

Being a registered NDIS provider, you can have the trust and confidence in our services. We work with NDIS participants to treat wide range of health conditions including neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiological, paediatric and many more. Our physiotherapists provide highly detailed assessments and evidence-based treatment and exercise plans to effectively improve health of our NDIS participants. We support NDIS participants build their capacity and skills to live their everyday life independently. We strengthen their abilities to manage their social and community participation. We provide personal training sessions to improve their health and wellbeing. We provide the following services and support to NDIS participants: • Capacity building • Treatment for pain management • Home based exercise plans for rehabilitation • Education and advise on health condition • Mobility assessments and assistive device prescription • Transfers education within the home & out in the Community • Educate family and/or carer about participant’s health conditions
