• VIP Physio reserves the right to alter, remove, or in any other way change any content on this site without notice.

• All personal information collected is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third party without your signed consent.

• The assessment and treatment recommended and performed by VIP Physio are run in accordance with the governing body's professional guidelines. This may include joint mobilisations, manipulation, manual therapy techniques, soft tissue massage, acupuncture and/or electrotherapy modalities.

• Before the treatment is carried out, a full explanation of the purpose and any risks of that treatment will be provided.

• Good hygiene and infection control measures must be followed as directed by the staff.

• Cancellation of appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 100% of scheduled fees.

• You are personally liable for the payments of services provided to you. If the treatment is provided under NDIS, Workcover, TAC or any other insurance you are liable until payments are made by the relevant insurance.

• The listing of a person or company on this website does not in any way indicate endorsement by VIP Physio of the products or services provided by the person or company in question.
